Greg has over 25 years of M&A, corporate finance, accounting, system implementation and process improvement experience in positions of increasing responsibility with firms ranging in complexity from small privately owned to large publicly traded international companies. Greg’s passionate about educating and helping small and medium sized businesses grow and reach their full potential. Greg serves clients nationwide and is willing to travel to all 50 states.

Greg started his career at the public accounting firm Arthur Andersen in the audit and business advisory practice. After public accounting, Greg has held SEC reporting roles for Fortune 500 companies, been the Controller for a few $100m companies and worked at startups including a successful sale. For the past 2 years, Greg has been growing his financial services consulting practice.

Originally from Connecticut, Greg has also lived and worked in Central Virginia, Georgia and currently resides in Northern Virginia for the past 15 years with his wife and 2 kids.

Greg is a CPA certificate holder in the State of Connecticut and holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Fairfield University.
